Arvin Duazo Acasio brings over 15 years of professional experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, with a strong background in IT technical support, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive expertise in supporting business-critical systems, improving operational workflows, and delivering reliable technology solutions that enhance overall business efficiency.
In his previous role as an IT Technical Support Engineer, Arvin provided end-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA and Zoho ManageEngine, helping ensure seamless system integration, stable operations, and effective issue resolution across key business platforms. His experience in both technical support and systems administration has equipped him with a practical and solutions-driven approach to managing IT environments.
Currently, Arvin serves as the IT Administrator at MWC Group, where he is responsible for overseeing daily Information Technology (IT) operations, IT support, and IT security management. His role includes managing user access, supporting infrastructure and business applications, strengthening internal IT controls, and helping maintain a secure and efficient technology environment across the organization. In addition to his core IT administration responsibilities, he continues to support employee onboarding and delivers Zoho CRM training and user support, helping teams maximize the effective use of the platform in their day-to-day work.
