Neil Joaquin

Neil is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, with foundational expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Database Management. Early in his career, he honed his technical skills through various roles focused on ensuring system reliability and data integrity.

Before joining MWC as an Administrator, Neil had over 10 years of experience in the insurance and financial services sector, specializing in Customer Service, Policy Administration, and Client Handling. His background includes working with prominent organizations where he consistently delivered exceptional service and operational efficiency. Neil also holds a certificate from LOMA (Life Office Management Association) in Module 1 – Principles of Insurance, and he is eager to pursue further certifications to deepen his knowledge and industry expertise.

Outside the workplace, Neil is a family-oriented individual who enjoys exploring new places, watching movies, and trying different cuisines with his loved ones. A music enthusiast and visual artist at heart, Neil finds joy in listening to diverse music genres and expressing his creativity through drawing. He is also a passionate drummer, dedicating time to his craft whenever possible.
